Process

1. Design & Place Your Order: Your designated sales consultant will lead a project discovery call where you can share your full vision then determine your ideal design and official quote.
2. A 5% deposit and signed contract secure your place in our production queue and pay for initial costs such as feasibility research and permit application fees.

1. Standard cycle from ordering to installation is 6-9 months.
2. Upon permit approval, we commence ordering and manufacturing with 75% of your total payment.

1. The next 10% of your total payment will be collected within 30 days of the scheduled installation date.
2. Submit for certificate of occupancy which takes about two weeks.
3. You will receive keys upon final payment of 10% and certificate of occupancy.
