2. Upon permit approval, we commence ordering and manufacturing with 75% of your total payment.

1. The next 10% of your total payment will be collected within 30 days of the scheduled installation date.
2. Submit for certificate of occupancy which takes about two weeks.
3. You will receive keys upon final payment of 10% and certificate of occupancy.
