A non-refundable deposit of $10,000 CAD is required to secure your unit. When you place the booking, an immediate deduction of $1,000 CAD will be applied, and the remaining $5,800 CAD will be deducted from the final invoice.
Additional optional add-ons such as solar panels, smart toilet, and smart mirror are available to enhance your home.
Once the booking is placed, customers must finalize their order with a Nestron representative within 7 days, after which a Sales & Purchase Agreement will be issued.
Full payment must be made within 5 days of receiving the Sales & Purchase Agreement.
Shipping is managed by Nestron’s designated freight company, and all shipping liability will be covered by the freight provider.
The estimated completion time for building your Nestron home is approximately 180 days, subject to inspections and necessary amendments.
